Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner. Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to every call immediately. Effectively manage the business center and process incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 2 years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in personal computer use and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families. Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests. Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination, screening, surveillance testing, and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.
