• Hours per Week: Average 32 (alternating 36 hours one week, 24 hours the next)\n
• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per 4-week scheduling period\n
• Call/Float: None\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $3370–$3460\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Michigan RN license (required at submission)\n
• Minimum 1 year of ICU RN experience\n
• ECMO specialist experience in an urban or academic medical center\n
• EPIC EMR experience\n
• BLS certification\n
• Flu vaccine (no exemptions)\n
• Two professional references from managers or supervisors\n
• First-time travel nurses accepted with ECMO experience\n

\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

• Deliver expert patient care for individuals requiring ECMO support in the ICU\n
• Manage patient ratios: 1:1, 1:2 for pediatric ECMO, and 1:3 for adults with remote monitoring\n
• Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes\n
• Participate in departmental scheduling, including weekend rotations\n
• Comply with hospital policies and vaccination requirements\n
