Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join our engaging team as Seasonal TurboTax Live Service Experts. About the Role:

As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Service Expert, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually through Intuit TurboTax products. Your tax knowledge will be essential in providing full-service tax return preparation, offering advice, performing calculations, and delivering necessary software support. Your ability to connect personally with each customer and understand their unique situations is crucial for reducing the stress associated with tax filing. You will address a variety of needs, from simple W2 filings to more complex scenarios involving business income or investments.

Additionally, you will contribute to expanding TurboTax's clientele within the community, building lasting relationships and ensuring customer loyalty. TurboTax provides you with a straightforward playbook, vital tools, and unwavering support to ensure your success.

What You'll Do:

• Provide Tax Expertise: Offer hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, managing a range from simple to complex tax situations. Utilize available resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in a friendly, accessible manner.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: Embrace a community ambassador mindset to grow a strong customer base for TurboTax. Engage actively with prospective customers, convert leads into loyal clients, and organize local events with TurboTax support.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently: Represent TurboTax vigorously in your community. You will host engaging learning events and participate in marketing efforts, making tax processes accessible to all.
• Build Relationships: Forge connections and foster trust, emphasizing understanding of financial concerns to transition one-time clients into loyal, multi-year customers.
• Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience: Create exceptional experiences characterized by professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients meet their financial goals, whether saving for retirement or funding a celebration.

Who You Are:

• Active, unrestricted credentials: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with relevant tax preparation experience and thorough knowledge of tax laws.
• Possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to commit to a static weekly schedule with at least 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location.
• Interest in creating accessible tax-related content for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services is preferred.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package that includes rewards for performance. The expected base pay range for this position varies by region and is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
