• Radius Rule: Must live 50+ miles away
• Cannot have worked PRN/FT/PT within CommonSpirit, CHI, Dignity in past 12 months

Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA)
• Certified Hemodialysis Technician/Technologist (CHT) – BONENT
• ND UAP (North Dakota Unlicensed Assistive Personnel)

  Unit & Patient Details

• Beds/Chairs: 7
• Patients/day:
  • M/W/F: 18–21
  • T/Th/S: 12–14
• Providers per day: 3–4
• Patient Type: ESRD, chronic renal failure
• Trauma Level: CAH (Critical Access Hospital)

  Charting Systems

• Meditech
• Clarity
• Epic

Schedule Details

• Days: Mon–Sat
• Times vary:
  • 5:00–17:30
  • 5:00–13:30
  • 9:00–17:30
  • 9:00–close
• Rotating weekends: every 3rd required, max every 2nd
• Rotating holidays
• Overtime available
• RTO must be provided upfront

Other Details

• No call / no standby
• No floating
• Scrub color: Eggplant
• Manager/supervisor or charge always present
• No CNAs or MAs used
