Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Summary Are you a licensed Realtor looking to grow your experience and work alongside a top-producing agent with over 30 years of proven success? We’re seeking a positive, high-energy, intelligent, and empathetic Showing Partner to support our clients and team with professionalism and care. You’ll play an essential role in delivering a smooth and elevated experience for our buyers and sellers while gaining valuable mentorship and insight into how to operate at a high level in today’s real estate market. This is a commission-only position — we get paid at the end of the transaction, and so do you. It’s ideal for someone who’s motivated, professional, and ready to learn from a Realtor who has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and long-term client relationships.
