Your Job:
As the Principal, Affiliate Marketing & Direct Mail, you will partner with your manager in developing and leading Brooks demand generation strategies focusing on Affiliate and Direct Mail marketing to both retain and acquire new customers to the brand while also helping to increase brand awareness and drive business results for BR.com . As a key leader on the NA Paid Media Team, youll be accountable for helping to develop and implement our strategies and overseeing tactical execution and optimizations across multiple channels/programs including affiliate, partner marketing, referral marketing, and direct mail.
You will be accountable for external vendors and agency management, ensuring the channels are meeting and exceeding brand and performance KPIs to drive the business. You will lead cross-functionally building relationships to drive the business across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, and Digital Products teams to support programming and attain target KPIs across channel. The ideal candidate is one who is effective at collaboration, communication, performance, and is curious to learn something new every day, challenging the norm. Success in this role means being a high-impact business contributor, growing cross functional leadership skills, and driving strategy in a highly collaborative and data conscious environment.
Responsibilities:Compensation:
The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $131,662- $210,680 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
