Use and Privacy Policy for Skipro
The Skipro app respects and appreciates your privacy, so this policy is designed to explain how to collect, use and disclose personal information with Skipro and its affiliates. This policy applies to visitors and users individually on other websites, applications and services online during a visit or Using the Skipro Website/App, so your access to the App means you agree to collect and process information in accordance with this policy. Information collected:

We also consider the special processes you make within the app such as the number of bookings, places, and times of bookings you have made, as well as restaurants you visited, liked or evaluated to improve the user experience so that we can customize the user experience more and more on the app, when you use a Credit Card or debit card to secure your booking through Skipro website/app. We provide your credit or debit card account information to our payment service providers, including your card number and expiration date, but except for the CVV number. These third parties may store your credit or debit card account information so that you can use your restaurant payment services in the future to the extent permitted by the local system and we assure that your CVV number will not be stored and must be re-entered for each order.
How to use data:
When you place an order via Skipro such as booking a table in a restaurant, joining a restaurant queue, pre-order while you are on the queue, pick-up, make a payment to a restaurant to secure your reservation through the Skipro website/app or if you are a guest of the person making the order, we provide categories of your information to the restaurant to facilitate this request. For food orders, this information may include your name, profile, time and date of your visit, phone number, dining preferences, guest information, any special requests, information, or comments you choose to send (if any) and your email address. Your information is served to the restaurant just as if you contacted the restaurant directly. If you provide a mobile phone number in connection with your order, the restaurant may send you text messages to your phone or notifications through the Skipro website/app regarding your order. Some restaurants also ask you to provide credit or debit card account information to secure your reservation. We also conduct market research, including statistical analysis to understand user behavior, including offering it to third parties to carry out certain services on our behalf. We use your information for the following purposes, in order to: provide you with the services, products and functions available on the Skipro Website/App and to respond to your requests, including, but not limited to, making reservations, reviewing restaurants, paying for services, joining queues, or pre-ordering Whether through queues, table reservations or otherwise provided by the Skipro website/app, send gift cards to recipients you assign and notify people you add to your restaurant reservations through the Skipro website/app. Communicate with you about your account or use of our sites, services, products and/or functions; respond to, or follow up on your comments and questions, and otherwise provide customer service; communicate with you about special offers and conduct other marketing communications; operate and improve our websites, products and services and our functions; provide data on the competition and rewards; certify your credit or debit card account information, if any; benefit from your use and experience on the Skipro website/application, including search results and displaying relevant advertisements; providing information, services and products to our customers, including restaurants; link or merging with other information which obtained from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with a better service; conduct statistical analysis; protect, investigate, and deter fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity; comply with our policies, procedures and legal obligations; as permitted by applicable law; meet your needs according to your interests and inform you of any products, services, events and special offers you may be interested in. Access to the communication strategy that is best for you, including (emails/text/notifications through the Skipro app). The Skipro App and Partner Restaurants will not have any liability for any direct, indirect, private, or consequential losses for consequences in contract or out of contract or caused by your use or inability to use our Services. In the event that the Skipro App or Partner Restaurant have had a liability to you, our overall liability will be limited to the queue and book tables and other services without exceeding them, no party shall be liable for the other due to delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to force majeure and Includes, without limitation, any of the following: government action, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil disturbances or server and Internet malfunction. The user can interlocate the restaurant if he deems to be in omitted, and Skipro has no liability to any party as it is an intermediary that connects the provider of the product (restaurant) to the beneficiary. The User is bound by any change to these Terms, and you are expected to visit this page from time to time to be aware of any changes. If any provision is judged illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the clauses shall continue to be effective, and the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be competent to hear all claims that create or relate to the use or subject matter of these Terms (whether contractual or other disputes).

يحترم تطبيق Skipro خصوصيتك ويقدرها، لذا وضعت هذه السياسة لتشرح لك كيفية جمع المعلومات الشخصية واستخدامها والكشف عنها لدى Skipro والشركات التابعة لها، تطبق هذه السياسة على الزوار والمستخدمين بشكل فردي على مواقع الويب والتطبيقات والخدمات الأخرى عبر الإنترنت خلال زيارة أو استخدام موقع/تطبيق Skipro ، لذا فأن دخولك للتطبيق يعني موافقتك على جمع ومعالجة المعلومات وفقاً لهذه السياسة، وتجدر الإشارة هنا على اننا في Skipro نحرص دائما على حماية خصوصية البيانات الخاصة بك (الأفراد – الشركات- وغيرها) وذلك عن طريق استخدام التشفير التام لحماية البيانات المرسلة , لذا نوضح في بنود سياسة الخصوصية طرق جمع المعلومات وفيما تُستخدم، و بعض حالات الإفصاح عن بعض البيانات الخاصة بك، لذا يجب العلم أنه بموجب هذا الاتفاق فأنت توافق على احتفاظنا بمعلومات التسجيل الخاصة بك، وموافق على أي تغييرات تطرأ على هذه السياسة والرسوم، ولا تمانع في استخدام هذه البيانات بغرض تحسين الخدمة وتسيير المعاملات التي قد تتطلب الإفصاح المقنن عن المعلومات الخاصة بك لأطراف ثالثة قد تقوم بمعالجة هذه المعلومات بالنيابة عنا، إلى جانب الحالات الأخرى كالحملات الإعلانية داخل وخارج التطبيق.
المعلومات التي يتم جمعها:
يتم جمع وسائل التواصل المتاحة التي من شأنها تسهيل التواصل وإنشاء وتأكيد عضوية الاشتراك، على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر، أرقام الهاتف وعناوين البريد الإلكتروني، الموقع الحالي. كما نقوم بجمع المعلومات الديمغرافية مثل الجنس والعمر والدولة للوقوف على إحصائيّات شديدة الدقة لمستخدمينا، ولتخصيص العروض المناسبة، وتقديم الخدمات بناءً على اهتماماتهم وتفضيلاتهم، كما نقف على العمليات الخاصة التي تجريها داخل التطبيق مثل عدد الحجوزات، أماكن وأوقات الحجوزات التي أجريتها، وكذلك المطاعم التي زرتها أو قمت بالإعجاب بها أو تقييمها بهدف تحسين تجربة المستخدم حتى يتسنى لنا تخصيص تجربة المستخدم أكثر فأكثر على التطبيق ،عند استخدامك لبطاقة ائتمان أو بطاقة خصم لتأمين الحجز من خلال موقع/تطبيق Skipro ، فإننا نقدم معلومات حساب بطاقة الائتمان أو بطاقة الخصم الخاصة بك لمقدمي خدمات الدفع التابعة لنا ، بما في ذلك رقم البطاقة وتاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية، ولكن باستثناء رقم CVV ويجوز لهذه الجهات الخارجية تخزين معلومات حساب بطاقة الائتمان أو الخصم الخاصة بك حتى تتمكن من استخدام خدمات الدفع في المطاعم في المستقبل إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام المحلي ونؤكد بأنه لن يتم تخزين رقم CVV الخاص بك ويجب إعادة إدخاله لكل طلب.

نحن نتعهد بعدم الإفصاح عن أي معلومات خاصة بك، تأكيدًا منا على حماية خصوصيتك، إلا في الحالات التي نعتقد فيها بحسن نية ضرورة الإفصاح عن المعلومات، على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر الإبلاغ عن نشاط مشبوه ومنع حدوث مشكلة أو خسارة ومنع أو وقف أي أذى معنوي أو مادي، مع العلم أن تقديم أي معلومة لا يتم إلا بشكل رسمي وقانوني تنفيذًا للقانون والأحكام القضائية أو أي مذكرات في حقنا أو حقوق الأطراف الثالثة المرتبطة بنا وفروعها.
مسؤولية Skipro :
تطبيق Skipro يوفر الخدمة فقط ولا يملك أي نوع من التمثيل أو الضمان بالنسبة لمحتوى الخدمة أو توافرها أو أنها ستكون خالية من الأخطاء أو انه سيتم تصحيح أي عيوب. تطبيق Skipro والمطاعم الشريكة لن يكون لديهم أي مسؤولية تجاه أي خسارات مباشرة، أو غير مباشرة، خاصة أو دارجة عن عواقب موجودة في العقد أو خارج العقد أو المتسببة من استخدامك أو عجزك عن استخدام خدماتنا. في حالة أن تطبيق Skipro أو المطعم الشريك كان لديهم مسؤولية تجاهك ستكون مسئوليتنا الاجمالية محدودة إلى قائمة الانتظار وحجز الطاولات وغيرها من الخدمات دون أن تتعداها، لن يكون أي طرف مسؤول عن الآخر بسبب تأخير أو عدم أداء التزاماته تحت هذه الاتفاقية بسبب القوة القاهرة وهذا يشمل، بدون حصر، أيا من التالي: عمل حكومي، حرب، حريق، فيضان، انفجار أو اضطرابات مدنية او عطل في الخوادم وشبكة الانترنت. ويمكن للمستخدم محاورة المطعم إن رأى تقصيراً، وليس على Skipro أي مسؤولية تجاه أي طرف حيث أنه وسيط يربط مقدم المنتج (المطعم) بالمستفيد. وبالموافقة على هذه الشروط يعفي المستخدم Skipro من أي مسؤولية ويسقط حقه بالمطالبة عن أي ضرر أو مسؤولية.
يحق لنا تغيير هذه الشروط والأحكام وذلك بمراجعة شروط الاستخدام والأحكام في أي وقت وبالتالي يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الصفحة وغيرها. ليصبح بذلك المستخدم ملزم بأي تغيير يجري على هذه الشروط ومن المتوقع منك زيارة هذه الصفحة من الحين للآخر لتكون على علم بأي تغييرات.
إذا حكم على أي بند بأنه غير شرعي أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، استمرت باقي البنود بكل فعالية وتختص محاكم المملكة العربية السعودية بنظر جميع الادعاءات التي تنشئ أو تتعلق باستخدام هذه الشروط أو بموضوعها (سواءً النزاعات التعاقدية أو غيرها).
