Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week from 0700-1730 or 0900-1930 (weekday call shift)
\n• Call requirements include 4-5 call shifts per 6-week schedule period with 30-minute callback time
\n• Weekday call hours: 1930-0700, weekend call hours: 0700-0700
\n• Required to work weekends as needed
\n• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays with no RTO between Christmas and New Years
\n• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
\n• 24 hours of orientation required
\n• Direct intra-OR circulating experience and scrub experience preferred
\n• Experience must support Orthopedic (Joints, Spine, Sports Injury) and/or General Surgery as priority
\n• Minimum 2 years of experience required
\n• Travel experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA or ARC only)
\n• EPIC charting system experience heavily preferred
\n• Pennsylvania nursing license required with no license hits accepted
\n• CNOR certification preferred
\n• Must complete 5-6 hours of pre-start modules
\n• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
\n• May float to Surgical Center
\n• Care for patients of all age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Work with various surgical procedures including orthopedic, general surgery, gynecological, and urological cases

This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgical department with 8 operating rooms and serves a daily census of less than 110 patients with approximately 30 visits per day. The facility offers a wide range of surgical services including orthopedic, general surgery, gynecological, and specialized procedures, supported by interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, and pharmacy services. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and surgical excellence with modern equipment and comprehensive support services.
