Ganas de aprender, actitud proactiva y responsabilidad. Buena comunicación verbal. Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas herramientas o tareas. Atención al detalle y buena organización. Conexión a internet estable y espacio tranquilo para trabajar desde casa. Ordenador con Windows 10/11 y 4 a 6 GB de RAM.
