Act as 1st line escalation point for technical queries from operational teams; conduct root-cause analysis and investigations. Lead optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives (monthly audits, deep-dive sessions). Manage change delivery: design and execute testing cycles (UAT, test scripts, scenarios). Build and maintain reporting suites and dashboards to monitor KPIs. Translate technical build into functional training, upskilling Learning & Development team. Provide operational expertise and support to product owners and wider technical team. Required Experience Salesforce experience with Experience Cloud, Data Cloud or Agentforce . Background in business analysis, functional consulting, or advanced Salesforce administration. Experience designing and executing UAT, writing test cases and scenarios. Skilled in building dashboards and reports. Based in the European Union. Nice to Have Knowledge of salary sacrifice, car leasing or automotive finance.
