Job Skills / Requirements Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Safety and Security Manager for a client site in Dallas, TX. This position offers a salary of $70,000 annually along with industry‑leading benefits that include weekly pay, 401k savings plan with a company match, affordable medical, dental, & vision benefits, generous PTO plan, tuition reimbursement, and more – available for qualified candidates! Requirements: Level IV security License - Required 4 years Security Management experience Must be able to work weekends Law Enforcement and/or Military Background strongly preferred Effective communication skills are a must Able to coordinate with multiple agencies Knowledge of security cameras and access control systems Experience managing large teams on a multi‑building campus Experience conducting risk assessments Must have open availability and be accessible 24/7 by phone A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
