Job Description A startup healthcare client in the San Francisco area is looking to hire an RN Case Manager. In this role, you will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), review and sign off on care plans, maintain clinical quality standards, and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines. You'll play a critical role in bridging patient care, clinical operations, and compliance, ensuring our patients receive consistent, proactive, and coordinated support between visits. This is an on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work.
