Property Accountant - Real Estate

• Manage monthly accounting for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Perform daily accounting tasks and month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• File personal property declarations and income/expense reports with municipalities.
• Ensure timely payment of property and real estate taxes.
• Assist in budgeting processes and external audits for assigned properties.
• Take on additional accounting duties as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Experience in real estate/property accounting, either in industry or through public accounting with real estate clients.
