Position Overview: We are seeking a
Window Washer and a Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least
1-3 years of experience in window cleaning and pressure washing (window cleaning is a requirement, and we can provide training in pressure washing)This position you will work with a team leader daily and assist in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities: Perform professional
window cleaning and pressure washing for residential and commercial properties in Scottsdale and surrounding areas.
Utilize industry-leading
tools and equipment to achieve high-quality results.
Deliver
exceptional customer service , addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Follow
safety protocols , including proper ladder usage and equipment handling.
Maintain
clean and organized work areas and equipment.
Contribute to
sales efforts and help grow the business. This involved putting out door hangers on neighboring homes and occasionally knocking on doors to drum up business. (Bonus Structure Available)

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in pressure washing and window cleaning.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation. (Public Transportation Not Accepted)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
