🛠️ Press Brake Operator – 1st or 2nd Shift | St. Michael, MN

📅 Schedule: 1st Shift (Preferred) | 2nd Shift Available

🔧 About the Role

We’re looking for skilled Press Brake Operators to join our fabrication team. You’ll work with Cincinnati and Amada machines to produce custom metal parts—from sleek retail displays to innovative drive-through communication boxes. Most tooling is standardized, but we offer custom setups too, making this a great opportunity to sharpen your skills and grow in a hands-on environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cincinnati and Amada Press Brakes
• Run multiple jobs with precision and efficiency
• Work with both custom and standardized tooling
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Collaborate with teammates to produce high-quality metal components

✅ What You Bring

• 6+ months of press brake setup experience
• 1+ year operating press brakes
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools
• Familiarity with tape measures and precision measuring tools
• Bonus: Technical degree in fabrication or welding

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Michael, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $33.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
