Responsibilities

  • Lead Workday Benefits Projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning optimization related to Information Technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
  • Support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities; collaborate with resources from other service lines/industries as needed.
  • Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  • Supervise and performance-manage staff working on assigned engagements.
  • Manage engagements in accordance with KPMG financial/cost management policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of ERP, benefits, payroll implementation and upgrade experience with completion of one full implementation involving Workday Benefits.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.
  • Minimum of five full life cycle implementations with Workday Benefits/Payroll/Compensation/Advanced Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect and Workday certification in Workday Benefits/Payroll/Compensation/Advanced Compensation (candidates without certification will be required to obtain one within three months of employment).
  • Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no sponsorship for employment-based visas is available for this role.
