Job Overview

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience working with Salesforce or in application development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is preferred or a strong willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce concepts including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and platform configuration.
• Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts is a plus.
• Good problem?solving skills and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Development Support: Assist in developing custom features and functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components under the guidance of senior developers.
• Configuration: Work on declarative configurations such as objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and page layouts.
• Testing & Debugging: Participate in unit testing and debugging to ensure quality and performance of the delivered solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of development work, user manuals, and technical specifications.
• Learning & Growth: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and participate in team knowledge?sharing sessions.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts to understand requirements and implement them effectively.
• Support: Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions and assist in resolving user issues.
