Overview Join to apply for the Investigator role at Ethos . Ethos Risk Services is expanding our team of Private Field Surveillance Investigators . We are looking for Experienced Licensed Investigators to investigate fraud and conduct covert surveillance in the field (from your vehicle). Ethos Risk is one of the largest and most respected fraud investigations businesses in the US. This is a fully remote position focused on uncovering the facts, helping manage insurance costs, and serving our clients. A background check will be conducted in accordance with local state law and regulations. Responsibilities Conduct covert surveillance and review files to draft detailed case reports. Capture video evidence of surveillance targets from a remote vehicle and collaborate with Operations Managers. Contribute to improving the integrity of the health care and insurance industry. Work autonomously while maintaining professionalism and discretion in various situations. What You Need To Be Successful A valid private investigator license A valid driver's license A well-maintained / reliable vehicle (preferably with tinted windows) Qualifications and Attributes In this role you will use discretion, communicate regularly with Operations Managers, and apply critical thinking during surveillance and evidence gathering. Adaptability, attention to detail, and strong analytical capabilities are essential. Candidates who are self-motivated, resourceful, and able to maintain a high level of professionalism will thrive. Work Schedule Most investigations will begin at 6 AM and may require you to leave home between 4–5 AM.
