Direct Marketing Associate - Quad Cities

Join our team as a Direct Marketing Associate at Renewal by Andersen in the Quad Cities area.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The role involves engaging with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, explaining our products and services, and setting up appointments for our Design Consultants. This position offers paid training, with earnings potential through bonuses, and opportunities for internal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories.
• Use company mapping and business applications to record and track customer information.
• Schedule appointments for consultations with our Design Consultants.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct, including proper uniform and permits.
• Communicate ideas to improve canvassing effectiveness.
• Learn and master Renewal by Andersen products, methodologies, and promotional offers.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and walk for several miles daily and work on your feet for 6-8 hours.

Compensation:

Starting hourly rate is $16, with potential to double your earnings through bonuses, with current associates earning $20-$25+ per hour. Work hours are typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Specific hours vary based on season and location.
