Concrete Coring Operator

We are seeking experienced Concrete Cutting & Coring Operators to join our team on a multi-year, prevailing wage project . This is a long-term, stable opportunity for skilled professionals— not a training role .

Position Overview

As a Concrete Coring Operator , you’ll perform precision coring, drilling, and cutting to support major construction and renovation projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Perform concrete cutting, coring, and drilling using core drills, diamond-tipped bits, and saws
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site
• Conduct equipment maintenance and report any issues
• Document work performed, including hole locations, dimensions, and conditions
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of all coring activities
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams
• Troubleshoot unexpected challenges or equipment problems
• Maintain up-to-date safety training and certifications

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in concrete coring or concrete cutting
• Strong understanding of coring, cutting, and drilling techniques
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Attention to detail and precision
• Physical ability to handle heavy tools and equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

$41.24/hr – Prevailing Wage
