Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. A minimum of three (3) years of CNC experience is required. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Operator will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure high-quality production standards are met.

Duties

• Setup and operate a variety of manual secondary operations (drill press, lapper, deburr, vibratory finishing, etc.)
• Learn to effectively setup and prove out a wide variety of jobs requiring CNC machining
• Edit machining programs
• Assist with operation sheets, programming and fixturing requirements
• Assist Quality Department with first-piece and in-process inspection
• Assist other operators with programming, tooling or setup problems
• Machine and work area maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience working with various measuring tools, including micrometers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
