POSITION SUMMARY As our catering delivery driver you will be the face of QDOBA representing yourself and QDOBA with enthusiasm and great hospitality!
We are currently looking for a Catering Delivery Driver who will be an Integral part of the QDOBA restaurant team, This person would
- Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
- Work as a crew member when not making a delivery (See Crew Member Job Description).
- Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality.
- Obtain guests' signatures on all orders.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner.
- Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.
- Double check accuracy of the order before loading orders for delivery.
Requirements: To remain compliant with state and federal laws, you must be at least 18 years old. - Reliable clean vehicle in good repair with current registration and insurance
- Valid driver's license (must maintain on person at all times)
- Submit to a MVR report to establish good driving history within the past 36 months
- No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Ca tering delivery driver is eligible to receive a flat rate catering service fee for eligible delivered catering orders. Notice to Applicants Regarding Voluntary Tip Pool Participation: QDOBA operates a
voluntary tip pooling arrangement for eligible
nonexempt (hourly) Team Member and Shift Lead positions . Tips are collected at the POS via credit card and pooled together to be split amongst eligible and participating staff based on the number of hours worked within the pay period being processed (vacation/sick hours are not included in the calculation).
Cash tips are not allowed at POS. When tips are collected as part of a catering/delivery order, a portion of the tip will go to the delivery driver, and the rest will be added to the tip pool to be distributed as mentioned above. In accordance with federal and state law, managers, supervisors, and owners are not permitted to participate in any tip pooling or distribution arrangement and QDOBA complies fully with federal and state laws concerning tip reporting and wage requirements. All tips and gratuities are reported as required by tax law. If hired, eligible team members may choose to opt in or out of the tip pool and by acknowledging the appropriate documentation.
